This is an OFFICIAL AMERICAN LEAGUE (Brown) Baseball signed by Baseball Hall of Famer, 2x World Series Champion, member of the Indians Hall of Fame and former Indians and Yankees shortstop JOE SEWELL in blue pen. He added the inscription "Hall of Fame 1977" under his name. The signature rates a 9/10. The ball itself is lightly toned and spotted throughout.

Please look at pictures for further detail. Sewell holds the record for the lowest strikeout. Rate in major league history, striking out on average only once every 62.5 at-bats. And the most consecutive games without a strikeout, at 115.
